1) Proper diet:


Proper diet is very important to keep your health healthy. Getting proper nutrition through your diet does not have to be complicated. This helps in smooth functioning of the body.


Some useful foods that boost the immune system -


Foods rich in vitamin C - citrus fruits, broccoli and other foods are antioxidants that help to strengthen the body's immune system. Helps to get rid of infections.


Vitamin E-rich foods - dried fruits and grains (pulses, cereals) boost the immune system. Also, immune cells can fight infection more efficiently.
